Hello! I’m Charmaine, and I’m so excited to be part of the team here at Beaches Healing.

 

I’m passionate about empowering busy women, and their children, to find relief from stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. With over 20 years of experience, I specialise in guiding my clients towards calmness and balance through a variety of natural therapies. I believe that emotional, mental and spiritual health are just as important as physical health for true wellbeing. My sessions are designed not only to relieve physical tension and stress but also to balance your emotions and nurture your mental and spiritual health.

 

As a wife and mother of two, I know life can be stressful and things don’t always go to plan. I also know, through my own personal journey, how transformative massage and reiki can be for relaxation, stress reduction, and healing – which fuels my passion to help others experience the same. “I love seeing someone walk out of one of my treatments lighter in body, mind, and spirit than they walked in. Being able to make that kind of difference in someone’s day – especially women who give so much to everyone else is really special.”

My offerings:

Massage

A massage session that will leave you feeling relaxed, restored and rejuvenated. Your massage will include a range of techniques drawn from remedial, Swedish, trigger point therapy, Lomi-Lomi, lymphatic drainage, and reflexology to deliver an intuitive massage session tailored to what your body needs on that day.

 

Reiki

A hands-on energy healing session to balance your body's energy flow, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. During your session reiki energy will be channelled and combined with sacred reiki symbols to balance and align the natural flow of energy through your body leading to deep relaxation, a calm mind, increased energy and improved self-awareness.

 

Reiki Massage

The ultimate way to relax body and mind. My signature reiki massage sessions combine the best of both worlds with a blissful intuitive massage, combined with powerful reiki healing energy to promote deep healing and restoration.
