Hi, I’m Kirsten. Kinesiologist and Feminine Embodiment Coach.

My purpose in life is to support women, like you looking to ignite their own journey of self-discovery and soul driven purpose.
I am a soul activator. A mystic, an alchemist, an intuitive and a guide. I support you in the journey to learn and discover who you are on an energetic level.
Through the unique mix of studies that I have undertaken in Holistic Kinesiology, Kinergetics, Intuitive Guides studies and Somatic Experiencing (Trauma Therapy) and Nervous System studies, I work holistically with you in a way that is tailored to the needs of your own soul.
I teach, guide and mentor in the aspects of energy, spirituality, nervous system regulation and neuroscience. Together we discover what it is that you need in this life to create a life that you love to life.
Ready to get started? I practice at Beaches Healing on Thursdays and Fridays. Online sessions are held on Zoom to anywhere around the world.
