ingredients:
¾ cup coconut oil, melted
½ cup cacao
½ cup macadamias
¼ cup pistachios
½ cup shaved coconut
2 tablespoon dried cranberries
2 tablespoon goji berries
1 tablespoon agave syrup/nectar
garnish:
2 tablespoon pistachios
2 tablespoon shaved coconut
2 tablespoon goji berries
Line a square baking/brownie tray and set aside. In a large bowl combine the coconut oil and cacao and mix until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix to combine. Pour this into your lined tray. With mortar and pestle, grind all garnish ingredients and garnish. Place in the freezer to set. Once set, remove from freezer and cut into desired sizes. Keep cool before eating. This can be kept in your fridge for one week.
