Hi, Im Teresa, your new SoulNar Practitioner. I would be honoured to facilitate your relaxation and healing through the age old methods of sound and energy work. I offer a holistic approach to wellness combining the ancient arts of Reiki Energy Healing and Soulnar Sound Healing. Each of these practices provides a unique path to balance, healing, and rejuvenation, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

 

Ever since I can remember I have been drawn to helping others. My working career has seen me traverse various roles from office administration to primary school teacher as well as being a full time working mother of three beautiful girls. However, it was only after completing my intensive training in Reiki I and continuing my studies to graduate in Reiki II, that I realised working with healing energy was my soul’s purpose. 

 

In addition to Reiki, my training in SoulNar Energy Healing Therapy allows me to provide another layer of healing to help guide my clients to live the peaceful, happy, healthy and productive, successful life they long for. Why SoulNar? Everything moves and has frequency. Our ancestors knew this and were tuned in to the effects sound has on healing the body and mind. SoulNar Healing Energy Therapy combines a sequence of specific frequencies, breath work and hands on healing in a powerful one hour session. It is very safe and non evasive. “Future medicine will be the medicine of frequencies” - Albert Einstein.

SoulNar Healing Energy Therapy utilises the resonant power of instruments like a 432hz crystal bowl, 528hz sound bar and Tingsha bells to promote deep relaxation and stress reduction.

Reiki Healing is a gentle yet powerful practice that involves the transfer of energy to support the body’s natural healing processes.

I am honoured to hold space for you to experience these therapies in a nurturing environment designed to support your healing journey. Whether you are seeking to recover from physical ailments, emotional challenges, or simply wish to maintain health and balance, I am here to support your journey to a more balanced and harmonious self.
